01 — Join the Crew
We’re a small crew and we’re always open to new photographers, videographers, and designers. No formal application, no forms to fill out — we just want to see your work.
Email your portfolio to hello@highlightdept.xyz and we’ll take a look. If it’s a fit, we’ll reach out.
02 — Collab Posts
We run collab posts on Instagram with freelance creatives. If you’ve made something in the freelance space — photo, video, design, event coverage — we’re down to collab and put it in front of both audiences.
We’ll collab on just about anything tied to freelance creative content. Here’s how it works:
Put your content up and tag @highlightdept, or send us the post in a DM.
We’ll invite you as a collaborator (or accept yours) so the post lands on both profiles.
